You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Monitoring Center Operator.
What will you do?
- Level 1 monitoring support: Identify, register, classify issues related to networks, servers, and systems, and escalate according to internal procedures;
- Ensure timely tracking of incidents and communication between our teams, clients, and external service providers;
- Register infrastructure-related issues of the company and its clients within the deadline;
- Maintain high service quality.
What skills and qualifications do you need to have?
- Secondary education;
- Good knowledge of monitoring and management systems for WAN and LAN infrastructures;
- General computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
- Analytical, organized, proactive, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Strong planning and task tracking abilities;
- Attention to detail, quality, and improvement;
- Experience with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Uptrends, Observium, and others is an advantage.
