Currently you have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Recruitment lead

What will you do?

  • Set the strategy for hires, owning the process and advising managers on the best course of action to successfully recruit for their teams;
  • Partner with IT team leaders in creating the job profiles for technical roles;
  • Regular meets-up with IT leaders is key to establishing positive relationships and enabling you to manage and prioritize your time well.
  • You’ll also have a keen interest in our employer brand and will work closely with our in-house team to help market your roles and build brand awareness.
  • Evaluate candidates if they meet the position requirements and prepare them for interviews by providing needed information;
  • Utilise various channels for candidate sourcing such as direct advertising and proactive direct headhunting
  • Maintaining the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports;
  • Provide application and interview feedback to candidates in a timely manner
  • Take an active part in the employer branding/reputational initiatives
  • Research job market rates, trends, and new recruitment channels
  • Participate in all HR projects

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter in the IT industry;
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components;
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
  • Experience in internal consulting, with proven ability to build relationships at senior level in the business, balancing a strong customer service with constructive challenge and influence
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create win-win situations;
  • Ability to take initiative and drive change;
  • Ability to engage people in a project and lead them by example;
  • Ready to multitask and process large amounts of information;
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
  • Attention to details, extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines;
  • Very good level of English would be considered as an advantage.
