You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of ABAP Developer.

What will you do?

  • Develop custom ABAP code, reports, modules and extensions related to SAP HCM Payroll and Personnel Administration;
  • Design, develop and maintain solutions specific to SAP HCM, SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Participate in integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and local SAP Payroll systems;
  • Work with Payroll-related objects, including custom functions, operations and Personnel Calculation Rules;
  • Develop and optimize interfaces using Web Services, OData APIs, IDOCs, RFC, SAP PI/PO or Cloud Platform Integration for seamless payroll data transfer;
  • Analyze, debug and resolve system issues, including critical cases during the monthly Payroll cycle;
  • Participate in testing and adapting user (custom) ABAP code after regular legal patches and updates;
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and specifications;
  • Work closely with consultants, end users and other technical specialists.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar IT-related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer, preferably focused on SAP HCM, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management or SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Excellent knowledge of ABAP, including Object-Oriented ABAP;
  • Experience with Web Dynpro, BAdIs, User Exits and S/4HANA environments;
  • Knowledge of SAP payroll data specifics, including Infotypes, Payroll Clusters and payroll logic;
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors structure and logic, including Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll;
  • Experience with data exchange technologies such as OData APIs, IDOCs, RFC destinations and ALE;
  • Understanding of how SAP implements tax and social security legislation, including specific reports and declarations for Bulgarian institutions (e.g. National Revenue Agency (NRA)/National Social Security Institute (NSSI));
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Good communication skills, adaptability, organization and ability to work in a team.
