What will you do?

• Participate in the development, integration and maintenance of software solutions using modern AI-enabled technologies;
• Develop software components, services and APIs that support AI-related functionality in existing or new information systems;
• Work on solutions related to chat agents, bots, intelligent assistants and AI-supported user experiences;
• Assist in the integration of large language models, AI services, knowledge bases and structured data sources into software products;
• Participate in the development of internal tools and functionalities supporting automation, data processing and intelligent information retrieval;
• Work with databases, data structures, data flows and analytical components as part of software development tasks;
• Support the preparation, transformation and validation of data used in AI-enabled solutions;
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, documentation and implementation activities;
• Use version control systems, bug tracking systems, project management tools and modern development environments;
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, QA engineers, data specialists and business teams.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

• Experience in software development with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar;
• Good understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms and APIs;
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL or similar;
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services and integration between software systems;
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, large language models, machine learning workflows or AI-assisted development tools;
• Familiarity with development tools and repositories such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, SVN or similar;
• Ability to write clean, readable, testable and well-documented code;
• Analytical thinking and willingness to work with new technologies and evolving requirements;
• Good teamwork, communication and time management skills;
• Good command of English.
• As an advantage we consider:
  • Experience with Python libraries and frameworks related to AI, data processing or backend development;
  • Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT-based models, BERT-like models, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI or similar services;
  • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases or AI agent frameworks;
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy or similar libraries;
  • Experience with Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines or Kubernetes;
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP;
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT processes or enterprise data platforms;
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, access control or security principles;
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git repositories and collaborative development workflows;
  • University degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, software engineering or similar.
