Data analyst (M/F)

You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Data analyst.

What will you do?

• Engage with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the business context and translate it into actionable data insights.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex dashboards, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and deliver high-quality insights.
• Gather and prepare data for dashboard development, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
• Create clear and impactful reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams - PMs, engineers, architects, QA, and others;
• Contribute to the design of application architecture, participate in solution development, and support architecture/code reviews.
• Take a proactive role in improving data processes and developing scalable solutions.
• Coordinate consistency in metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Support the creation and maintenance of data transformation layers to streamline analytics workflows.
• Planning the product roadmap and ensuring timely and accurate execution in a high-volume team environment.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data for at least 2+ years

• Strong SQL skills – ability to write efficient, complex queries across large datasets.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis techniques, with a strong focus on accuracy and actionable insights.
• Skilled in using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create impactful dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying trends and anomalies.
• Familiar with version control systems, including Git, for collaborative and traceable development workflows.

• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English.
• Advantage would be knowledge in Data Science; Database theory (RDBMS, NoSQL); Data structures; Architectural, Enterprise and Design Patterns; Experience in at least one analytics language such as Python, R, SAS.
