You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Junior Client Support Specialist

What will you do?

  • Identifies, logs, and classifies issues related to networks, servers, and systems, and escalates them according to internal procedures;
  • Responsible for timely tracking, proper escalation, and quality resolution of cases related to the operation of supported systems and user inquiries;
  • Ensures timely monitoring of outages and communication between our teams, clients, and external service providers;
  • Assists users of company-developed software products and systems;
  • Logs infrastructure-related issues of the company and its clients within the required timeframe;
  • Registers and resolves issues for internal and external users via phone and email within the required timeframe;
  • Maintains a high level of service quality.

What skills and qualifications do you need to have?

  • Secondary education;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Excellent planning and task-tracking abilities;
  • Attention to detail, quality, and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge of WAN and LAN monitoring and management systems is an advantage;
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Uptrends, Observium, and others is an advantage.
