Currently you have the opportunity to join our team at the position of Key account manager.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the liaison between Information Services JSC and its customers;
  • Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships;
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements;
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing and new customers;
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Keep healthy communication with team members and clients;
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with each project and work with the management team to mitigate or exploit them;
  • Manage changes within the scope, budget and time schedule.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

  • 1+ years of experience in account management or project management;
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive;
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
  • Experience with CRM software is considered an advantage;
  • Technical literacy in IT field and license policies is considered an advantage;
  • Experience in high-pressure environment is considered strong advantage;
  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
