SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant (M/F)

You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant

What will you do?

• Configure, implement and support SAP HCM/Payroll solutions;
• Analyze business requirements from HR departments and translate them into technical specifications and system settings;
• Participate in the development of integrations between SAP HCM/Payroll, SuccessFactors and external systems;
• Detail, optimize and document HR and Payroll business processes;
• Resolve client requests, issues and system-related cases;
• Monitor changes in Bulgarian labor and social security legislation and support their implementation in the system configuration;
• Work with end users, ABAP developers and other technical teams;
• Prepare user guides, procedures and documentation for end users;
• Conduct trainings and support the implementation of new processes and functionalities.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems or a similar field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant;
• Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM/Payroll processes and configuration;
• Knowledge of the SAP HANA data structure;
• Experience or knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC), Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), SAP Time Management (PT), SAP Integration Suite, FI/CO integrations, Transport Management and SAP Security/Authorization;
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation;
• Ability to prepare technical assignments, user guides and procedures;
• Excellent command of English;
• Good client communication, organization, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Your advantages would be:
  • SAP certification, such as SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and integrations with external systems;
  • Experience acting as a link between end users, business teams and ABAP developers.
