SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (M/F)

You have the opportunity to join our team at the position of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

What will you do?

• Configure, test and support key SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance & Goals and Learning;
• Participate in the setup and management of HR processes in SuccessFactors according to business needs;
• Support cloud architectures and integrations through SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and API interfaces;
• Analyze business requirements from HR departments and prepare technical specifications for new functionalities;
• Consult clients and end users on system usage and process optimization;
• Resolve client issues and support the improvement of business processes;
• Work with Provisioning, MDF, Business Rules, custom objects and custom fields;
• Participate in integration activities using OData API, SFAPI and other relevant interfaces;
• Support the preparation of user guides, procedures and documentation for end users;
• Conduct trainings and support users during the implementation of new processes and functionalities.

What skills and qualifications you need to have?

• University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, HR Technologies or a similar field;
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with SAP HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors;
• Excellent command of English;
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its key modules;
• Knowledge or experience with S/4HANA, SAP BTP or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);
• Experience with Provisioning administration tool and enabling modules and functionalities “in the background”;
• Knowledge of MDF for creating custom objects and fields;
• Ability to create and maintain Business Rules - writing logical rules (type If/Then);
• Understanding of OData API and SFAPI for data exchange with external platforms;
• Experience with integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
• Understanding of GDPR and personal data protection principles as the system contains sensitive data about employees;
• Ability to prepare technical assignments, user guides and procedures;
• Good client communication, communication between end user and ABAP developer, organization, adaptability and teamwork skills.
