UI designer (M/F)

Currently you have the opportunity to join our team at the position of а UI Designer (M/F)

We are expanding our Design & UX team and are looking for an experienced UI Designer with a strong UX mindset – someone who can make well-reasoned interface decisions, navigate complex user flows, and thrives on creating intuitive, accessible, and reliable digital products.

What will you do?

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on UX, usability, adaptability, and accessibility standards;
• Work on websites and complex information systems used across different devices, by users with diverse roles and requirements;
• Build, maintain and evolve various components of our clients’ visual identity - from design systems and UI libraries to icons and micro-interactions;
• Create prototypes, infographics, interactive presentations, animations, and other visual elements;
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability and user behavior tests;
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional product development teams, including developers, product managers, business analysts and QA experts.

What skills and qualifications do we expect?

• 2-5+ years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role;
• Creative approach aligned with modern interface design trends, supported by a strong UX intuition;
• Ability to structure complex interfaces and communicate visually with clarity, applying established UX principles (layout, typography, iconography, color systems) based on experience, best practices, and solid knowledge;
• Excellent proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto-layout, prototyping);
• Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Familiarity with major mobile design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) and popular front-end libraries such as Bootstrap, Fluent UI, etc.;
• Good UX fundamentals – user flows, information architecture, wireframing;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is considered an advantage;
• Education in design or visual arts is a plus, but a portfolio demonstrating real contribution to complex projects and solid visual design expertise is of primary importance.
